HELP Requests:

Platform Rules:
- Automated social messaging complies with Meta and platform policies.
No Autodialers Without Consent:
- We do not use autodialers without proper TCPA consent.
VI. Required Disclosures for Automated Messaging (A2P Compliance)
To comply with A2P 10DLC, TCPA, CTIA, and Meta messaging requirements:
- Users must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
- Message frequency varies.
- Standard message/data rates may apply.
- STOP/HELP commands may be handled manually or automatically.
- No SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco).
VII. How We Share Information
We disclose information only to:

Many artists at Inkwell Studios West are independent contractors and may use their own personal communication channels, including personal phones, emails, and social media profiles. Any communication that occurs outside studio-operated systems is not controlled, supervised, or retained by Inkwell. While we encourage professionalism, these messages are separate from studio communications and may follow the artist’s own style and preferences. Inkwell does not monitor or manage these conversations. Inkwell is not responsible or liable for any representations, disclosures, advice, promises, scheduling arrangements, or privacy practices made by artists in their personal communications with clients. Clients engaging in direct communication with an artist acknowledge that such communication is separate from the studio.

We may update this Policy periodically. The Effective Date indicates the latest version.
